It is a yoga of mindfulness, fitness and self-awareness on a physical, mental and emotional level.

The Mindful Yoga sessions are always about the interaction between body, mind and soul, which significantly improves your self-awareness. The exercises are selected in such a way that they give your "wholeness" more strength and elasticity while at the same time increasing endurance. Mindful Yoga combines elements of Vinyasa, Hatha and Yin Yoga into a holistic, sustainable yoga session.

Mindful Yoga places two different focus points in the sessions: The Mindful Yoga MY Power Sessions make you physically fitter and mentally stronger. In the MY Flow sessions you will become more flexible and vital - from head to toe and in your thinking and feeling.

At the end of the Mindful Yoga class you will dive into a deeply effective dream journey (guided meditation). To ensure that these dream journeys are actually deeply effective, I write them myself. You will experience much more than just physical relaxation. These dream journeys address your mind and soul and may stimulate deep regeneration.

Mindful Yoga came to life through my work as a systemic coach, hypnotherapist and yoga teacher. A yoga style of deep mindfulness, fitness and self-awareness on a physical, mental and emotional level. A yoga-approach that touches you deep within and shows long-term effects.

That's why I always offer variations for you to get the most out of your yoga class - regardless of whether you're a beginner or a Yoga pro. This way you´re able to design each session in the way that feels best for you.

how to sign up

Please sign up for every single online Yoga session via Mail or WhatsApp at least 20 minutes prior to the start. You will then receive the zoom-link 15 minutes prior to the lesson. You can pay either via bank transfer or using Twint. Your package is valid for a period of 6 months.

get cozy to get started

Put your yoga mat mat in a nice place for each session. Also make sure that you have a blanket within reach so that you can snuggle up when you relax or dream away at the end. From time to time we need the following things in Mindful Yoga, so it is best to put them near your mat: one or two yoga blocks or thick books, a yoga strap or belt and a pillow (you might even have a comfy yoga bolster).

Reserve your spot straight away in the new yoga group in Stans, Buochserstr. 22 with a maximum of 9 participants. Please register for each lesson by email or WhatsApp at least 30 minutes prior to the course - first come, first serve. If you come by car , please use public parking at the train station or village square.
You can either pay cash or by using the Twint-App. Your package is valid for a period of 6 months.
